  • This objective shall be achieved through 
  • Identifying and eliminating all forms of unwanted process that do not bring value to the customer.
  • Continually improving product quality by introducing process control.
  • Providing high quality products and service for total customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and providing value added products and services.
  • Upgrading our quality concept through research and development.
  • Up-gradation of manufacturing technology to be on par with the industry.

At Spectrum the Quality Policy is a live document with these specific objectives, and is regularly discussed at the management review meetings. We consistently communicate the quality policy with our customers, employees and vendors, and solicit their valuable inputs to meet the stringent and foolproof quality standards. We actively promote this quality policy across all cross sections of our employees and encourage them to embrace quality as their personal commitment.
